Fitness Club Manager-Candidate Pool Escanaba

The Club Manager will be responsible for all day to day operations of their club:
- Timeliness/accuracy of all daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of reports.
- Achieve budget sales and quarterly gross production goals
- Community involvement; Supports and volunteers at community functions
- Succeed in rolling out all promotions
- Advertising/promoting inside the club with specific marketing plans.
- Minimize Attrition; monitor club culture, renewal process
- Oversee all operations of the club; cleanliness, equipment maintenance, accountable for ensuring 110% customer satisfaction, responding to all alarm calls, Maintain Binder Audits at 90% or above, ordering supplies for the club, etc.
- Recruiting, training and maintaining an above standard grade with Membership Director Hires.
- Support the Personal Training program and hold PT accountable to same service standards.
- Conduct oneself in accordance to a healthy lifestyle and an ambassador of the Anytime Fitness mission.
- Out of town meetings may be required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong Sales skills; Working knowledge of computers-Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Applicants must also have excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to constant changing requirements.
Physical & Transportation demands: Must be able to actively move through the club to work with staff, members & equipment. Must have the ability to travel to another club location and assist another manager from time to time as well as occasional out of town meetings.
Education & Experience Requirements: College degree in business management or equivalent degree and/or experience preferred.
Compensation &
Benefits:
$24,000 base salary plus competitive commission and bonus structure!
